VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball is a game played at home and on the beach. Beach Volleyball applies different rules to the game, making it very difficult. On the inner side of this sport which is played on a wooden court, which generally have springs or some type of absorbent underneath. If not wrong, remains powerful unduly difficult if the land in timber. The internal version of the game usually has 6 people on the court at the same time, and between 1 to 5 people on the bench as backup. Each set is played to 25 points and a team must win by two points or to go ahead. One side of the team gets one point if they win, regardless of whether they complied or not. Professional volleyball in their best of 5 games, but if you’re playing in high school or lower levels, it can only be best of 3 sets. Games can go for hours, but usually have more than an hour or so.

BASKETBALL

The origins of the game of basketball can be traced back to a gentleman by the name of Dr. James Naismith. In 1861, Naismith was born in Almonte, Ontario, Canada. During his early school days, Naismith would play a game called duck on a rock by which the child will try to knock the duck on top of the rock with a toss of another rock.
Later, Naismith would go to McGill University in Montreal, and later became the Athletic Director, McGill University. Later they moved to YMCA Training School in Springfield, Massachusetts and in 1891, the game of basketball began.
Given the cold Massachusetts winters, Naismith needed to find a recreational activity that could be played indoors and he preferred a sport that develops the skill and one that was not exclusively based on hydropower. The first game was played with two peach baskets for goals and a soccer ball.
addition to his credit, Naismith became a doctor specializing in sports physiology and a Presbyterian minister. Naismith was able to see his beloved sport of basketball, gain acceptance in many countries through the YMCA since 1893. Furthermore, the sport of basketball was brought forth at the Berlin Olympics in 1936. As we speak, the game of basketball has become a very popular sport.

HOCKEY

hockey history is similar to golf, as it basically relies on any game is a stick and a ball or rock that have been played for thousands of years. Very rough and crude forms of these games have taken place over thousands of years throughout Europe, Egypt and South America that have shaped the history of hockey.
Hockey roots began to form clearer throughout England in the one hundred and sixteen and seventeen. These were the games that are often treacherous combines all the people against other people and teams can often have up to a hundred players and the players often play through serious injuries and endured several days of these games.
The sport that we are most familiar with today began to form at Eton College in England, when in reality began to formulate rules around 1860. Then, the first Hockey Assoc. in the history of hockey was formed in 1875 which clarified more rules.
The increasing development of the sport was put in North America and new settlers came to the continent. Montreal was credited with the first organized game in hockey history was played in 1875 by university students. The game continued to grow in popularity and became so popular that Montreal offers the first World Championship Ice Hockey in 1883. Hockey Europe continued to grow at the university level, while a number of universities formed fierce rivalries.
Some dramatic rule changes were implemented helped the game progress to a field of eleven players, while the team hockey began to evolve. The use of safety equipment to include pads, helmets, mouth pieces and protective eye shields have improved dramatically since the early days of hockey history. It was not unusual or even use top teams until the last decades.
The international appeal of hockey grew tremendously because of the Olympics. He first played at the Games in 1924 and allowed only male teams. These two organizations have helped to form and govern hockey as we know it today. The sport has grown a lot of sticks and balls to a major international activity, which produces billions in revenue each year and has some of the most impressive athletes on the planet, so goes the history of hockey.

SOCCER

If you want to understand the history of football, we must admit that for some reason, humans have a natural tendency to kick things. Whether to release frustration, or just for fun, we do without even realizing it.
How many times have you not walked down the street as a child (not only), simply to kick or a cone of gravel the floor in front of you from boredom. It is this natural impulse which lies at the base of football history.

Then, shortly after the end of the Civil War around the 1860’s some of the schools began playing organized soccer.
